Dr Z and Ashley are great at their jobs and great to work with! I recommend Coastal Chiropractic without reservation. After many months of dealing with neck and shoulder pain, we were introduced to Dr. Z, not only was the staff wonderful, but so was he. He was able to go through my issues with me and then tell me exactly where my problems were. He set up a plan so we can work on getting things back to normal. It was a great experience, and I would recommend him to anyone.

I look forward to each session at the office. As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is so soothing and inviting. Ashley greets you with the most welcoming smile. I was nervous about treatment at first but Dr Z makes the experience very enjoyable. I have anxiety from my accident but as soon as I get in the office it’s like I calm down and enjoy my experience. I highly recommend this office!!
Dr. Z is the absolute best! I was suffering from residual pain from a car accident. He was thorough, he took before and after treatment X-rays, and devised a recovery plan that is worth its weight in gold. I went from not sleeping, being able to sit or stand for more than 10 minutes at a time to full pain free function through his adjustments and my exercises at home.
