Yes it is an older clinic but it has been around for a very long time. I started going here when I was a kid and now my children having been going here for the last 16 years. I can say I am fortunate enough to be able to make an appointment for any 3 of my kids without any issues besides availability and if I needed to I have always been able to go during the day for the walk ins or the night clinic. I love this childrens clinic Me, and My siblings have been going there since we were babies.Now my daughter goes there and the staff are super sweet and nice. dr.tamola is an amazing doctor she knows how to calm my daughter.We have never had a bad experience definitely recommend this place:)
Lastima que no le puedo dar a menos 5 estrellas pésimo servicio es un completo desadio que te atiendan las llamadas para agendar una cita estaba llevando a mi bebe que con ellos y luego que pase dos dias llamando para que me pudieran dar cita, cuando ya había agendado cita me envían un mensaje diciendo que no aceptan mi seguro ? Cuando ya mi niño ea paciente y lo atendió ahi me parece de muy mal gusto y muy poco profesionales
Just had a so rude and disrespectful encounter with Front desk lady named Abby in suit B Second floor made my children and I feel so uncomfortable and unsafe due to her character unprofessionalism,I would no longer be bringing my children to this clinic because of her , if you dislike your job, you shouldn’t work with children !!!!!! The place is very old and run-down. I requested medical records through the Saratoga location (where my daughter is a patient). I got a call from the alameda location they were ready and confirmed that they were at the Saratoga location. A few days later I went to Saratoga and they told me to go to alameda. I called the medical records office before arriving, no answer. When I got to alameda, the front desk called the office, no answer.
