Just had a so rude and disrespectful encounter with Front desk lady named Abby in suit B Second floor made my children and I feel so uncomfortable and unsafe due to her character unprofessionalism,I would no longer be bringing my children to this clinic because of her , if you dislike your job, you shouldn’t work with children !!!!!! The place is very old and run-down. I requested medical records through the Saratoga location (where my daughter is a patient). I got a call from the alameda location they were ready and confirmed that they were at the Saratoga location. A few days later I went to Saratoga and they told me to go to alameda. I called the medical records office before arriving, no answer. When I got to alameda, the front desk called the office, no answer. My experience with Dr. Oluwafemi Ojo has been exceptional. He is wonderful with our son, and he is extremely knowledgeable and informative. The doctors and staff are prompt with referrals, and nurses are friendly and helpful when I have questions.
Definitely nosey people an rude took a hr just to get called to the back we was the 1st ones here signed in an everything an yet other people went before us an we was the last to the back the receptionist kept giving my family a ugly look like if we was doing some wrong
