Usually all my kids visits with Walter Santiago and 3 other Drs I’ve seen are great! Hence the 3 stars. They are very attentive and educate me without putting me down , as well as helping when my children are sick. Today was a bit different and I now have no intention of using this clinic anymore. I went for a visit to get my child’s physical done for his dental appointment downstairs since he will be having surgery done to fix some cavities , and well it was going well till it wasn’t. Dr. Cano is a rockstar and a true treasure to this practice. His bedside manner and ability to communicate with both children of all ages as well as parents is second to no other physician I’ve ever encountered. Children’s Clinic is blessed to have him representing them and we are blessed to have found him to care for our children.
Yes it is an older clinic but it has been around for a very long time. I started going here when I was a kid and now my children having been going here for the last 16 years. I can say I am fortunate enough to be able to make an appointment for any 3 of my kids without any issues besides availability and if I needed to I have always been able to go during the day for the walk ins or the night clinic. I love this childrens clinic Me, and My siblings have been going there since we were babies.Now my daughter goes there and the staff are super sweet and nice. dr.tamola is an amazing doctor she knows how to calm my daughter.We have never had a bad experience definitely recommend this place:)
