I paid for the best car wash and did not receive all I paid for. They told me they could do nothing about it. And they couldn't give the number for management. The vacuums didn't work either. From now on no more business from me.
Signs are posted in front of the business that say free vacuum. So I pull up to utilize said vacuums and I was approached by a scrawny teen with a man bun and was told that I must pay for a car wash to be able to use their vacuums. I asked, what about the signs that say FREE VACUUM? He very rudely replied, “and under that it states with a car wash.” So I apologize and leave. I liked this place when the previous owners had it. Be advised that staff is instructed to not give out any information about company, manager, or owners. If you have a complaint, after telling you that they are not allowed to give out any information, they will call the police too have you removed. Car wash attempted to wash vehicle without adding any water or soap. This was partially my fault since I failed to have vehicle in neutral, but upon being told to back up, I did as told and backed up. It could be a nice place but the trash cans were overflowing and the parking lot was full of trash...very poor upkeep ! You need to step it up a bit or people will stop using this place.
I went by last Thursday morning at 9am. The parking lot had so much trash, boxes, towels thrown down, I thought I was at the dump. It's a disgrace to our community for a business to let the grounds be this trashy. A 30 minute cleanup before opening would attract more customers.
Facebook lists car wash as opened for business and the hours listed states you open at 9am. Its 9:20 and you are closed. I sat here and watched a dozen or more cars come and go wanting to wash their cars but you were not here for us. No hours posted on your office door. Must be nice working at a place that doesn't feel accountable for providing service to its customers. Its not like there are many car washes in this part of town. In short, you suck.
This place closes when it sprinkles rain. Why? It's not like your car is not gonna get wet at the car wash!
