My kids had a blast going through the car wash with all the awesome colors and cleaners! My car looks amazing! Thanks!
If there was a zero star rating I would have chosen that. My husband and I took our car to be washed and paid for the $13 wash. It came out with the hood still dirty so we went to the front office and apparently the new owners said they don’t do re-washes or refunds! Well thanks for nothing and will not be wasting my money here ever again! Way to welcome my husband home from his deployment! �
This is the a terrible car wash I should have read the reviews first my car came out dirtier then when it went in when I asked the to correct it all the so called manager keep saying was “ All car washes after a wash need a little TLC”. My car was covered with all kinds of debris.that was a bad .
I thought I’d try the car wash again for the second time. Completely regretting it, I paid 17 dollars for a car wash and my car doesn’t even look like it was even washed. Plz save your money and go somewhere else or clean it yourself, you’ll be better off. The owner needs to read these comments and acknowledge the problem. Whomever the owner is spent money on the banners out front but their is so much other places that money needs to go to in order to gain business and loyal customers.
I went 2 weeks ago and had my car washed and the girl working there had just performed some type of maintenance on the machines. Needless to say it only washed half of my car. The girl took down all my information my phone number and everything and said that the manager would get back in touch with me because she is not authorized to do a refund or a rewash. Same experience as others. How does this place stay in business? Poorest of customer service. Frequently broken and no accountability for lack of service.
I just went through this car wash, a place I have frequented often, but this time my car came out dirtier than it was when I went in. I did not use the vacuums this time and drove off to stop at a store. When I got out of my car, I noticed the filth all over my car. I returned to the car wash so I could either go through it again or refund my whopping $5, but was told that the owner couldn't do anything to help.
