When the air conditioner ran, we started to smell musty all the time. They checked and discovered mold growing deep within the ducts. They took care of the sanitization and mold treatment, and the odor has vanished entirely. We seem to be breathing clean air once more.

I scheduled an appointment to get my tile & grout cleaned about a week and a half out. I gave them the address and square footage I needed done. I reached out the Friday before my appointment to confirm and they said yes we will see you Monday. Well, Monday came around and it was about 9:15 and they hadn’t called to say they were on the way yet so I called them. I was informed they weren’t coming, it was just to far.
