I would not go back if given a choice. Took dog in for snake bite over 3hours and still not anti venom shot. Yes they were busy but that started well after we arrived,how long does it take to give a shot. Still not sure if she got one, or was able to make it without the shot. The outragest bill showed she got one however.
Very caring people and doctor takes as much time as you need to understand and answer any questions you may have. It is expensive but how can you put a price on family
The staff and doctors are amazing! Dr Libby kept in touch with us several times through out of cats stay there. You can tell they truly care about our fur babies and us as the owners!
Dr. Pernell is a wonderful, compassionate, caring and straightforward physician that tried to be best of his abilities to save our beloved Rebel during his tragic issue. Thank you for being honest and doing everything that you could to try to save him.
