My husband and I were visiting Wilmington on vacation. He uses an O2 concentrator at night. When we unpacked we realized he forgot the connector for the tubing to the canula. I called Alan on a Saturday. He cheerfully agreed to meet us with the part that we needed, and did not charge us, even though we offered to pay. Now THAT'S customer service!
