They are completely useless and their department is even worse. I went in for a visit with hearing loss and ringing in my ear. They did the tests and found nothing wrong (which obviously something is wrong because you don’t get hearing loss and ringing and have no diagnosis) Then comes the bill, I have 2 insurances and they billed both. They come back afterwards and try and bill me $23 when my EOB from secondary says I owe $4. I saw Dr. Putnam a while ago. She literally spent 3 minutes with me. I wanted to explain my symptoms & she blew me off & shoved a tube up my nose. I thought I had post nasal drip for years but she said no I have acid reflux with no further explanation. This was my first & last visit.
Dr. Zimmerman is great but his medical assistant is rude and unprofessional. My daughter became really ill the night before her surgery and Megan's priority was to call my job and speak about me in a condescending manner to my supervisor. My supervisor was surprised by the manner in which megan spoke about me. She also broke HIPPA by disclosing personal medical information to my supervisor. She never called to check on the patient or ask why she was not in surgery. She then lied and told people I "cussed her out" so she didn... read more
