Dr. Maxwell and his team are very professional and you can tell that they care about their patients. Everything was explained during the initial consultation and before/after surgery. I highly recommend!
My first time having a tooth extracted and then dental implants. Dr. Cofer and his staff were incredible. From the front desk to all the dental staff, everyone was very friendly and professional. They explained the procedure and after care, took their time and answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. If you are thinking about getting dental implants, go to Coastal Carolina. They are the best.
My journey with Dr Adams and his staff in Murrells Inlet has been excellent. From the very beginning the nurses have always made sure that I had the necessary information to be informed on my procedures. Dr. Adams is great! He explained my surgeries and made me feel comfortable . I am very pleased and would highly recommend Dr. Adams and his staff.
I recently had an extraction and an implant placed by Dr. Cofer. Two different appointments and from the time I walked in until the time I walked out, he and the staff were friendly, explained everything, and made me feel very comfortable. I had no pain, swelling or discomfort during or after either procedures. THEY ARE AMAZING and I would never go anywhere else!!!!
Had a small procedure done, opted for sedation. Kati, Carrie, Jess and Dr. Adams were all awesome. Dr. Adams called the day after to see how I was doing and it was on a Saturday! I highly recommend them.
