I recently had two implants placed. From my first visit in Myrtle Beach to the subsequent visit at Murrells Inlet, all of the staff, including the office staff technicians and especially Dr. Cofer were fabulous and attentive. They made you feel safe and that they truly care about you.
I saw dr. Maxwell today. He was so professional and easy going. His nurse was also great.
Dr. Maxwell and his team are fabulous. I was, honestly, a little terrified to get a dental implant. I had never had anything like that done and didn't know what to expect. They were very patient and kind. They're very quick and good at what they do. At the very end, I started to feel nauseous (likely because of how nervous I was initially and the adrenaline), and Dr. Maxwell's assistant (I wish I remembered her name, she was SO kind) sat with me in the lobby while I got my stomach to settle. The staff here is so comforting and caring. From the check-in experience with Heather, to the time of surgery with Dr. Adams and his lovely assistants (Carrie, Kati, and Jessica) this team eased my anxiety a great deal. Hats off to Dr. Adams for his first-rate level of care. I wish I could leave this team more than 5 stars!
There were no issues at all from the time arrived until I was finished. I was called in before my appointment time. The office is extremely clean and neat and the employees are very professional, friendly and businesslike. Dr. Johnson performed the extraction and explained everything he was doing as he went along. Absolutely zero issues post extraction. For having a tooth pulled couldn’t ask for a better experience.
