I had an extraction and post installation by Coastal Carolina. I received superb care from Dr. Reese Cofer and his team of Karen, Kim and Deb. From scheduling to billing to price transparency and pre and post op information and followup care, I could not have been more pleased. Dr. Cofer is a skilled surgeon with a pleasant and relaxing bedside manner who thoroughly explains the procedure and the proper followup steps. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Cofer and his assistants were pleasant and courteous at all times during my procedure. They made me feel like I was getting the best service I could get. I have never had a problem with my implants.

I'm one to stress enough over presenting for a simple exam and oral cleaning, let alone a visit to a dental surgeon for a tooth extraction! But I was fortunate to have been referred to Coastal Carolina where Dr. Chad Adams and his staff (Kati, Carrie and Jess) kept me relaxed and comfortable throughout the remarkably short and painless procedure. Dr. Chad Adams was wonderful. He immediately recognized how anxious I was about being sedated for my tooth extraction and treated me with such compassion and kindness. He helped put me at ease, and I truly appreciated that. My tooth extraction went very smoothly, and my recovery was so easy that I felt like I hadn’t even had anything done. I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received and highly recommend Dr. Adams.
