joe I found that prior to my surgery, Dr. Adams, Kati, Carrie and Jessica provided me is sufficient information on what will occur during my surgery. The reception desk, reminder me of my appointment and when to certain medications. Prior to the surgery, Dr. Adams, and Jessica reviewed the procedure. Staff was insanely kind to me despite me being a baby about getting my wisdom teeth out. I am extremely anxious but the nurse answered all my questions before hand and the doctor was careful and quick inserting the IV, and I wasn't horrifically bruised or in pain afterward. A nurse even came to hold my hand while I was freaking out. Thank you and I'm sorry 😭!!
I cannot say enough good things about this practice! From being greeted to being treated I felt totally comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Aycock, Lily, and Bridget handled my anxiety so smoothly. Thank you to all.
Dr Elliott Maxwell and his team are very conscientious, compassionate and very patient oriented. Truly the best oral surgeon I have ever been to, and there have been several. Please continue to keep your patients a priority!!!
