The most caring vet and staff in Wilmington! Dr. Dugan and his exceptional staff have taken wonderful care of our 4 legged family members. Ranging from regular wellness checks to managing a terminal illness, they excel at all levels of care. I would recommend CCAH for all veterinary needs and boarding.
