RecommendedI recommend this practice highly. Very recently I have had severe emergency with a stray cat and with my own cat. Dr. Duggan did not say I don't have any time. He took both cats in and tried to save the life of the stray. When my darling went in , she is very difficult to get in carrier, Dr. Duggan said when you catch Tonya bring her in right then and we will start test. He did and I am pleased to say my cat is back to normal. Thanks to Dr.Duggan and his compassionate team.

We've been going to Coastal Carolina Animal Hospital since a vet emergency our family had 12 years ago. They've always been great with our dogs and accommodating to our needs.
We love it here! The staff is so friendly & kind and Dr. Dugan is patient and thorough. He always answers all of our questions and is very knowledgeable. We know our pup is in good hands here!
Dr Dugan and his staff are absolutely amazing. Such a caring loving sweet staff. I take my 3 cats to Dr Dugan. My parents take their cats to him. Highly recommend him and his staff.
Dr. Dugan and his staff helped me through a difficult time with my sweet dog, Jackson. They were so caring for me as well as for Jackson. My heart hurt so badly to lose Jackson, but their expressions of concern for both of us meant a lot to me. They still take good care of my two chihuahuas, Chiquita and Paquita, who are from southern Mexico.
