Since I have been coming to see Dr Mitiku I have no complaints. He is a great Cardiologist is very knowledgeable. The people who work for him are very kind and helpful
Drs are fantastic!! I really like Dr. Mitiku. He is caring and explains things very well. I’ve also heard all good things about the other Drs from this clinic. My big complaint is LADERA Ranch location office staff. The front desk receptionist is in her own little world and not sure what world that is… I was booked to check in for a test at 7:45. She arrived to open the office at 5 till 8am. The day before another girl talked to a lady leaving for at least 5 min about hair dews while I stood at the counter. One man who had b... read more
Care was good, but they make it IMPOSSIBLE to pay your bill. I’ve called them 5-7 times over the past few months and no one ever picks up. I even left a message with no call back. I sent in a check, it wasn’t cashed, and they sent me another bill. And they still aren’t answering my calls. You’d think they’d make it easy for you to pay them So frustrating.
