I worked with Maddy Green on a project to publish Robert L. Porter's poems in book form. She is exceptionally talented in putting a book together, easy to work with, able to completely understand what I was trying to achieve and in a timely manner. And I thank her! However, there were 2 pages in the book, when published, that had a glaring flaw. I was told that replacements were mailed, in July, but I have yet to receive them. It is now October.
Honestly, The Publishing Genie made my whole publishing process so smooth. I handed them my messy draft, and they turned it into something I’m genuinely proud of. The team was super supportive, and their advice was spot-on. If you're thinking about writing a book, definitely give them a shout—you won't regret it!

If you are a new author please don’t go with them. They don’t stick to their timeline and will not respond after paying full payment. My e-book was never published and they don’t respond to my emails or message. See the pictures for proofs
