If you like customer service, then don't pick Coastal. Their communication is very sub par after the install is complete. Once their up and running, you get exactly what you pay for, and nothing more. Budget cost for budget service. Very mom-and-pop and there is no formal process for cancelling with them. You have to go through the whole email / phone call runaround.
Simply the Best! – Switched my alarm service a few times in the past. Moved and decided to go with Coastal. They have been in Charleston since 1959 so I figured they must be alright. Best decision I could have made. Great service and the rates haven't gone up. I am also able to spend my money on a local company!
