This is in response to the review from Bachir. Bachir was advised upon his request for a walk through that our policy is for the tenant to turn in their keys and then upon receiving them an inspection would be done with in 24 hours. He was also advised that the property must be in clean condition as he received it. The apartment was left filthy and the walls damaged and that is why a claim was made on his security deposit. This company deserves no stars. They stole $800 from my security deposit and breached our agreement that Kiki will do a final walkthrough before we vacated the apartment so that she can point out what needs to be fixed, if any, before vacating the premises. She failed to do that and she sent her friend after the fact that we had vacated to take pictures and never got back to me on what she wanted me to fix. I bought my home through Coastal Breeze and worked with Kiki to find it. She was very patient with me and showed me numerous homes prior to finding the right one. I now refer all of my renters and buyers to Coastal Breeze! No complaints so far! I have been using Coastal Breeze for the past 11 years.

I have had to spend the last year with this unprofessional company as my go-to company being a renter of one of the properties they manage. The entire staff is unprofessional, arrogant, and does down right "not nice". The broker, Kiki Angier, is NEVER available, DOES NOT return phone calls, and is almost non-existent and her staff is rude with no people skills.
