Professional staff and expert service. My wife's e-bike had a fault that needed repair. I was put on to Coastal Bike Co. from a local bike shop and dropped by to see if they could fix the problem. The team fixed the issue the bike was having and performed a service. The price was very reasonable considering the work involved, and they got it back to me pretty quickly. Great service all round. Michael, Laythe and Scott were the guys that I worked with, and they were legends. 5 stars.
