Guy that came out to give the "if you've been exposed to COVID-19" speech tried coping an attitude with me when I explained my mother (the patient) needs a wheelchair because she can't walk very far. When I was done explaining he sneers at me and goes "are you finished?" Seriously rude! We turned around and left. If he bothered to explain that one of their people had to be the one to take her in that would have been fine I would have been happy to wait in the car. The office staff was rude. The doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me explaining the results. The staff failed to give me any follow up information for the next appointment. When I called back to ask for the report, I was told they only printed it when asked and were unable to email it to me. At the end of my visit, they were unable to schedule my next appointment due to their system’s limitations. You need to tell your patient that's only they're allowed into the building. Provide chairs or benches outside, So the patient drivers don't have to seat in the hot sun. This is South Texas!!!
