I do not think the therapists are licensed by the state, should have stricter guidlines to become a Therapist instead of just recieving a certification sticker...a lot of red flags with the "Therapist", no bueno. Need better taining. Seems like rules of therapy between patient/customer are thrown out the window.
My insurance company gave their number on Friday evening. I called & left a message as they weren't open. Waited all day on Monday for a response. Nothing. I then went & sent them an email on Monday night. Hoping to get a response sometime Tuesday. Nothing. Nothing like trying to help & totally being ignored.
They don’t answer their phones. It’s very frustrating
