RecommendedI went to Coastal and asked Troy for an oil change and sadly they couldn't do it in the time I needed it by because they had like 20 something cars ahead of me BUT Troy was very apologetic and then offered me a free oil change the next time because he couldn't make it happen! You just don't find that kind of commitment to customer service anymore. I'll be taking my cars to Coastal Auto for all of my car care needs. Thanks guys! We appreciate what you're doing out here in Jax Beach. 😊
