Worst service I have ever encountered. Called and spoke with ******* to pay for car transportation services. No communication, bad customer service, unorganized, the late arrival of my car, the lies about when the car can be picked up. These people are just money hungry losers. Winded up paying $1500 in total which was not agreed upon and with that type of money I could of hired a more professional company. I regret using this company. NEVER AGAIN. Seek another company. This was my first time shipping a vehicle anywhere and I would definitely use Coastal auto shipping again should I need to again. Alex was clear, communicative, professional and helpful every step of the way. He even helped me adjust the drop off plan just 5 days before and made the new plan to have a driver pick up my truck instead of me dropping it at the port. I have used this company three times to ship cars. They are professional, courteous and have great follow up. Gerson is amazing and gave us exceptional customer service everytime!
Gerson, worked very hard to ensure we understood the time line from time we shipped the two cars to estimated time of delivery from Honolulu,Hawaii to Dayton, Ohio. They sent all the necessary documents to the shipping company in Hawaii and sub contractor who picked up and delivered ours cars. It was quick and easy no stress as to where the cars were and cost. I highly recommend them without any reservations.
