I have been using Greg Clyde for over 3 years managing my apartment complex and he has been absolutely great! He takes care of it so well and is always on top of everything! I am grateful to have found him!!
This is the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced. They make excuse after excuse not to fix anything. Make sure you have everything in writing and thoroughly inspect the property before you sign a lease.Go elsewhere....it's not worth the trouble
No so Nice – I was looking for an apartment over the phone and the guy I talked to was a complete jerk. He seemed out of breath and talked like a yankee. Listen dude your in the south it's time to drop the hard new york thing and be friendly. What goes around comes around bub!
Great service and nice people! – Greg has been nothing but helpful and responsive. He is a wealth of knowledge and went out of his way to assist me me throughout my entire transaction!
Slumlord – If you are thinking of renting an apt from these people, think again! You'd have a more updated place living in a shack. Greg Clide is a fat, lazy slumlord who will NEVER keep up the property, respond in an emergency or care if you have noisy neighbors. He does not check out ANY of the ppl he rents to. Do yourself a HUGE favor and keep looking!!
