Do not use this guy. He appraised my property for 20k less than my first appraisal. Which was documented 3 weeks prior. Again do not use them. Daniel McAleer! Use at your own risk!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! He under valued my house by over $10k. I have three different appraisers that provided me with over 10 additional comps to back up the higher value. After going back to him three times he refused to admit he was wrong. He screwed me out of a justifiable refi AND a $450 appraisal fee.
Got the most inaccurate appraisal ever.!
