I adore Dr Newton. She takes her time and listens! The office staff, however, I find to be surly! If I didn't like Dr Newton I would not go there! The move to using apps is disheartening. Not everyone uses their phones that way. Too much computer & less personal interaction. But, that may be better with that staff!
Dr Newton is always a professional and personal physician. She spent time talking to me a carefully assessing treatment as well as addressing my concerns.
What an experience! Dr. Goodman gave us the realest conversation we have yet to have with any other providers regarding our kids. No cookie cutter sugar coated stuff, no beating around the bush, no amplifying already stressful medical conditions, no minimizing of them either though, and nothing short of direct, clear and to the point. He delivered the information, his recommendation, explained why that was his recommendation, gave us examples of different scenarios, and so on.
