Carl Welch was our technician on today’s visit from Coastal Air for a routine maintenance check up. Carl, like everyone who has called on us from Coastal Air was professional knowledgeable, patient with my limited knowledge of the things he did to improve our system today. It is obvious to me that senior management at Coastal Air feels hiring knowledgeable and professional employees is a top priority. Great people, great company.
Jay Hall with Coastal Air Plus consistently provides us with top notch service. He is always on time, extremely professional and courteous. 10/10.
Service was friendly, efficient and affordable. My unit stopped on a Saturday afternoon and Jay was there that evening to get it back up and running. He was great about communicating with me about his expected arrival time. He took pictures of the problem and explained the system to me in terms that I could understand. Would highly recommend Coastal Air Plus.
Jim LeBlanc is Top Notch! Coastal responded very quickly to our problem. Jim took time to explain the problem and solution to me, and despite my MANY questions he showed total respect, patience and professionalism through and through. Awesome experience!
