Very disappointing experience. The customer service is unprofessional and poorly organized. First, they failed to send me access to the online course and instead sent a threatening email saying I’d have to pay again to reschedule. After attending the in-person course, I received no certification. When I followed up, it took three days to get a reply—only to be told I was marked absent, despite having temporary proof of completion.
