My mother bought a package deal for $50 for vitamin shots. I did not like them they did not do anything for me. I returned to ask if the money can be used towards another service and they said no. Since my mother paid for them I thought it was fair that the money go to my mother they also said no. I was not satisfied at ALL with the service. I’ve been to the urgent care twice within the past week and encountered two women by the names of Elizabeth Reynolds and Jackie Avelino. I remember Elizabeth from the time she gave me Botox at the urgent care about a month and a half ago and I ended up not being able to move my eyebrows for 3weeks. The customer service is so great here! I originally went in for a B12 shot about a week ago but asked them if they accepted my insurance as a just in case. I’m so glad I did, because I caught strep throat and they were wonderful to me. Sympathetic, kind and quick. I was in and out, medicine in hand, and on my way in less than 40 minutes.
I felt so welcomed and like I was almost in the home setting. All the staff are very friendly and clean in there. It was a positive experience and they help me with what I needed! I will definitely go back. Grateful to have a medical office so close and everyone so receptive thank you so much everybody 👍🌺
The Manager Randy was so incredibly nice and listens to everything you say. The doctor was friendly and understanding. Love this place and won’t go anywhere else!
