Multiple basic inspection items were missed and led to costly required repairs after closing. The business owner, Tim Patten, does not return phone calls in a timely manner. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I cannot recommend more strongly that you avoid dealing with this company and find anyone else to inspect your property. Tim did my full condo inspection, and he was thorough, professional, great communication, and kind. I highly recommend Tim!
