I have had the pleasure of using Coast To Coast for all of the inspections on my home investments over the last 10 years. They have never failed me. They are very thorough and in one case saved me from actually investing in a property with hidden issues. I highly recommend them! When it came to roof repairs they also came through for me. Extremely professional and on time!

Each time I was able to get an appointment with an inspector very quickly and they were very flexible with my scheduling and Time constraints. We have used Coast to Coast for 2 properties in recent months. First, for a Wind Mitigation and 4 point inspection, that allowed us to bring down the cost of our home owners insurance by several thousand dollars. Next, we used them for a new home inspection as we are downsizing. On both occasions, our inspector was Todd W. was prepared, on time and professional. I would use Coast to Coast again, and highly recommend them.
