I have been very well taken care of by coast2coast management. Repairs and quick and service maintenance on property grounds is on time. Tenants who fail to maintain their porch and windows are quickly addressed and given help with repairs as needed. I highly praise the management and enjoy living here.

I have been a C to C tenant for over ten years and have absolutely no complaints regarding the service I received over the entire term of my tenency. Should I require a maintenance issue it is promptly completed within a short timeframe. This year I was contacted by management to allow furnace inspection for safety and they placed a new filter in as well.
I've lived here over ten years and since C2C took over I have had a good experience with management. My only wish is that the tenants previous landlords are contacted and only allowed to rent if they have a quality history as a tenant. No messy or noise tenants allowed.

As a homeowner not living in USA I had bad experience specially at the closing stages of the agreement (August 2022)..c2c assured me that water bill will be tenant obligation , I found out that c2c did not transfer the account to tenant name, nor followed up the monthly bills payments..the result was more than $6000 of accumulated unpaid bill under homeowner account name..C2c management is simply ignoring my emails for the last 2 months..it’s not of their interest to recover their MISS MANAGEMENT ..UNFORTUNATELY..now I need... read more
It's been well over a year since I rented this property from coast to coast and I am very happy. My property needs are addressed in a timely manner. I look forward to many more years of satisfaction.
