These people are a joke. Waited to the last minute to let me walk the apt. The apartment was a wreck. All of the linoleum was peeling. The carpet in every bedroom was heavily stained or had things melted into it. Mold on the ceiling in a bathroom. Holes in the walls. They tried to tell me it was cosmetic and that because I had pets the owner didn't want to pay to fix any of it because I have pets ( one of which is a SEVICE dog). Come to find out they never went in the apt after the previous tenants left.

I would never recommend them to anyone.! Very unprofessional.! It has been 3 months since I’ve moved from their property & I’m still waiting for my deposit back.! When called to check on it, I was told it was mailed to my old address when they have on file the address that was provided for them to mail me my deposit.!!! Now she saying it’s nothing they can do.!! How is it ok to steal someone’s money that’s owed to them.?!! How do I know the check was ever mailed out.? Why can’t they do a stop payment & issue me another check... read more
