Went to Coast Spas today and had a great experience. William did free water testing and guided me how to better maintain my hot tub.
These people are great at selling you a hot tub but really poor when it comes to service. You can call over and over and the phone is never answered. Messages left are not returned... Parts replaced should you get that far have the same issues or worse. When your considering the purchase you are told they are made locally, parts stocked locally etc. The reality is while they are assembled in Langley, every part we have needed seems to get tied up in shipping from places such as Mexico as was the case with our covers, yes cov... read more
