A great experience from day-1 of exploring to the post delivery orientation and setup. Taje really went above and beyond across the whole process including a very patient and knowledgeable setup and orientation for us. Thank you Taje and Coast spas, it has certainly gotten us started on right note to enjoy what seems like a solidly built reliable and powerful tub!

I am writing this review as an update to a negative one made previously, as of now deleted. My change of heart is a direct result of the actions taken by the manager, Dawn-Marie. While at the store today I met with her and discussed an issue with my tub. The problem, related to a previously replaced component, was of concern due to the potential cost of parts and labour. High Total Cost of Ownership - TCO! I purchased an Elite Helios 50 jet, 2 pump hot tub from Coast Spa 9 years ago, March 2015 from Ashley for $10,300 including tax and delivery. Good deal right? That was a long time ago, and there's a few wrinkles...1 pump failed within warranty, no problem.
