Taje was absolutely amazing to work with! We had been searching for the right hot tub for us for a while. He found the perfect spa and shared incredible his knowledge with us. Once the spa was in our yard, he came by after hours to teach us how to use it. His care for us, and his passion for his job is hard to come by. This young man is truly amazing, and we can’t wait to use the spa for years to come!

Bought my hot tub at coast spas years ago. They used to be really good but the last few years it has been difficult to get parts and knowledgeable staff to help me. Simple parts like pump bearings & seals or replacement pillows and jets. I’m not sure if all hot tub companies work like this? (Lack of parts on hand).
They are extremely helpful when you buy the hot tub. The after care, service lag time and short staff in the store are not good. You can wait months for a service call, which over time cuts into your warranty. If you count the months waiting for service to come, your warranty is less than given. You can wait in a long line in store for purchase or water testing with only 1 person at the counter, when other staff are just wandering around on their phone.
