Great customer service
Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Researched several manufacturers, looked at the other local shops then came back to Coast. Manufacturing plant is around the corner so parts and support are easily obtained. External filter should be standard on all tubs but only found it on Coast spas.

We bought a Coast spa in the spring last year. Taje visited us on his day off to check in. Great customer service.
We had a great experience with Coast Spa. Taje G. took excellent care of us. I have never owned a hot tub spa before, and the service was first rate. Taje came out to the house and reviewed everything with us. I was happy to work with him and the company. 1/1/2026
