I was beyond ecstatic to find out that we were approved for a rental property through Coast Realty. I road pass and seen the for rent sign. I called and from beginning to end Mrs. Karen was exceptionally professional and courteous. Throughout the viewing of the property and even when approved. She made my husband and our family feel welcomed. We are a military family that got stationed in Virginia in 2013. In 2015 we made the decision to purchase our first home. We were unfortunate to have a horrible experience with the realtor. I have rented 2 homes through this company, absolutely no complaints with the customer service and response time. Karen was always helpful when we had any questions or concerns about the property. I would highly recommend when looking for a home.
