I was beyond ecstatic to find out that we were approved for a rental property through Coast Realty. I road pass and seen the for rent sign. I have rented 2 homes through this company, absolutely no complaints with the customer service and response time. Karen was always helpful when we had any questions or concerns about the property. I would highly recommend when looking for a home.
I enjoy that Karen responds quickly and informs me of anything with my condo. Also how quickly she got my condo rented and with the best choice of applicants.
