**Highly Recommend Paul Dwyer – Exceptional Athletic Therapist & Coach** I can’t speak highly enough of Paul Dwyer and the impact he’s had on my recovery and performance as an athlete. After dealing with a knee injury, I was worried about how long it would take to get back to full strength. Paul not only guided me through a thoughtful, structured recovery plan, but he also helped condition me for the winter season with targeted strength building and sport-specific training. His expertise as both an athletic therapist and a c... read more

I saw Paul a few months ago when I was in Squamish for a month. I was dealing with persistent hip discomfort at the time which didn't fully go away. Paul was recommend to me by the Mountain Fitness Center he works from. Paul is very thorough in his approach . His assessment is very comprehensive and the rehab programme he designed was very easy to use and progress from, AND most importantly it helped me get rid of the issue! He's more 'cause' than 'symptom' focused, doesn't beat around the bush and is fun to work with. Highl... read more

I saw Paul working with clients at the gym over the last few years and said to myself, "one day I am going to do that". And I am so glad I did! You can't see your blind spots, but Paul can! He is meticulous, organized, and gives you a comprehensive plan to get you moving more optimally, based on your long term goals.

I first came to Paul for rehab after a car accident left me with a torn ligament in my right shoulder. We spent nearly a year rebuilding strength and mobility, and under his guidance, I made a full recovery. From there, we shifted into full-body strength training, and for the first time in my life, I actually started gaining muscle. A couple of years in, I got into triathlon training, and Paul supported that... read more

I started working with Paul 12 weeks after a significant climbing accident with multiple injuries (neck, multiple spinal and leg fractures) and he has been incredible. I never went to a fitness gym prior to this and he helped me gain confidence in gym work and designed the right level of programming for each stage of my recovery. He's so approachable and always available for check ins. In less than a year I've been able to return to climbing and snowboarding and a pretty active life. I owe a large part of that to Paul. I cou... read more
