I can't say enough about Costa Mazda, I want to think Chris, Paulo and the amazing finance team. Follow up on my post below-it’s been almost 6 weeks & my trade still hasn’t been paid off. I’ve tried calling the dealership, spoke to a GM who promised he’d get back to me almost a week ago but didn’t. I contacted Mazda USA who told me (see screenshot of my chat) I just had to keep calling because they aren’t good at responding. I was at Coast Mazda recently looking around and was greeted by a young salesman named David Mycka and had the best experience ive ever had at a dealership. He was honest, caring and an overall joy to speak with. Great job on hiring this young man. He will surely do amazing things for you!!!!
Well its not an unusual outcome for car dealerships that give out false information in order to get you into the showroom. Emails and text messages for nearly 2 weeks which I did not mind cause I was looking for a car. So I found a car that was in the Coastal lot. We negotiated back and forth 10 days or so. We recently had to have warranty work done on our Mazda. Cathy Metzkes is a great service advisor and made our experience superb. She was quick to take care of repairs, offer a loaner car and communicated throughout the process. Excellent experience!
