Love my Mazda cx5!! Xavier was great, really made the car buying experience smooth! Very happy with my purchase and will stick with Coast Mazda going forward.
Worst experience at a dealership in my entire life. We agreed on terms financing was done. They swap my plates. I signed off a few documents. Had to run out and pick up my daughter when I come back the whole deal has changed and they’re changing my down payment, not once but two times when I spoke to sales manager, Damien, he treated me and my wife like absolute trash. There’s no transparency whatsoever.
The experience at Coast Mazda was above and beyond. Christain West did an outstanding job on answering all my questions, meeting the needs for the color and model of the CX5 I purchased and his kindness was over the top. The salesman Brandon Mosley also did wonderful on explaining and going over the features of my new vehicle. The paperwork was very quick and easy and will definitely be a repeat customer. Darrin and Mike was great. They were kind and nice.
I'm frustrated and disappointed, I bought a used car 4 months ago and my ac has went out. I called and while I understand my power train warranty doesn't cover that, I wasnt offered any other assistance. I haven't even had the 6 months. No ac with two kids and a baby in Florida is no good.
