I bought a CX5 from Coast Mazda it was okay. But I traded it in for a CX90 because I like to go camping and in case of rain you can sleep in the back. I have to say that the new Hyundai Santa Fe is a lot more comfortable to do this. The sales tactics that Coast Mazda uses are not at all on the up and up. Their sales tactics are unbelievable. Great experience with the Service Department! I drive over an hour from USF area to come here with my 2011 Mazda RX8 because Antonio B is so knowledgeable of this rare car and the rotary engine. He is very smart and knows everything about this type of car. I trust him completely and there are no other techs in the area with his knowledge and skill set. My husband and I drove to Port Richie for a business trip. When we arrived in town we saw a Toyota 4Runner at Coast Mazda. The following morning (7:40 am) we went to Coast Mazda to look at the car. The manager took us right in (even though it was before they technically opened). Our salesman Brandon arrived and took care of everything else. It literally took about 10 minutes to approve us. Everyone at this dealership was extremely nice. It was by far the best & quickest vehicle purchase I have ever experienced.
I’ve been trying to schedule an oil change for 2 days. They don’t answer the phone.
Make an appointment since morning for 530pm. The seller told me the car was available. Then after an hr drive, when I was 20mins away, the seller called me to tell me the car was already sold and offer me to similar models. This is why no one believe car salesmen nowdays.
