Went in for an oil change on my 2023 CX-5 and left with a brand new 2025 CX-90. Had no intentions on buying a new car and didn't feel pressured to do so, just played itself out that way. Justin Rook was our salesman and was great and very professional. He explained the whole purchasing process and answered all our questions about the vehicle.
Absolutely the best experience that I have ever had at a dealership! My salesman, Steven Kelly, was phenomenal. He is very personable, friendly, didn't use any high pressure sales tactics or games, and got me an absolutely amazing deal on a CX-90 PHEV. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase and overall experience. I never write reviews but definitely wanted to shout out Steven and the whole team over at Coast Mazda.
The entire experience was most enjoyable, educational and very easy to decide upon leasing a beautiful CX70 from a dealership team that truly cares about us as a person and their customer.
My sales associate, Travis Powers, provided outstanding service, making the car-buying experience enjoyable and completely pressure-free. I would absolutely return just to work with Travis again. Now, the finance department... While they ultimately secured the financing I knew I qualified for, it took two hours of negotiation. I was well aware of my credit score and refused to be pushed into a higher rate just for their profit. Unfortunately, the finance representative anything but pleasant throughout the process.
I for one, hate going to dealerships. They tend to be pushy and most of the time dishonest. But Coast Mazda has changed all that. From the start meeting micheal and then his manager Juan, was a pleasure. There was no pressure, no bullshit with them. They were actually fun to be around and deal with. I went in with low expectations and left very very satisfied and happy. For everyone reading this review go to Coast Mazda and have Michael and Juan hook you up. I went in with a 2016 Gmc Tereain. Left with a beautiful 2025 CX70.
