I very rarely leave a negative review but after 2 bad experiences, I have to let my thoughts be known. This is a 2 star facility, rooms are dated and tired. The staff are great, with the exception of a few but making sure the customer is happy is not a priority for them, which is a big mistake. Restaurant is understaffed so long wait for food but the quality is good. I won’t stay here again, there are too many better alternatives.
Yall need to get some kind of live tv.
Terrible experience, and this hotel is a scam. They falsely accused us of stealing items from the room, including a fridge—which is completely absurd, as we had just come from a remote skiing lodge and were traveling for work the next morning. I asked the hotel to review security footage to prove that we did in fact not steal anything, this was denied. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the situation was handled unprofessionally. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
Stayed for an overnight layover for one night. On the ground floor there were mice that got into my food bag and I could hear them all around. Ended up switching to the second floor but there isn’t an elevator. Would not recommend.
I had a good stay here.l! The room was clean and well stocked and the front desk people were helpful. The restaurant staff and bartenders were mostly amazing, especially the blue haired lady. The restaurant itself is really good food.
