I brought in an engine block on 5-1-25 in order to have a chip in the block welded up and have a new short block assembled. At the time they said it would be about a 12 week job. Here we are on 5-8-26 and it is not done. I have not had anyone pick up the phone and call me since January. I have repeatedly called them, texted them, and sent emails in order to get a status update. In June of 2024 I ordered a short block, I paid nearly $7k to have it built. It has been 22 months, I still don’t have my short block, and despite several phone calls and emails I cannot get anyone to answer or respond. I guess my next step needs to be contacting an attorney…
