It seems like they use an outside billing company for all insurance and patient billing. I just received my second statement from this company almost 12 months after service. I’ve called them multiple times without a call back. Their offshore team is very hard to understand and didn’t seem knowledgeable about my bill. They also have very limited call center hours (7-4 mst). Pretty terrible patient experience. Patient billing shouldn’t be this complicated…..

I am retracting my review. I was told I would not be paying for this out of state lab services company that my insurance won't cover.

WARNING - If your healthcare provider sends items to this lab, you will NOT receive a bill. Instead, a year later you will receive a notice from a collection company. They do not file under their name, the collection notice says DocRX. After calling around and checking with my insurance for the date of service it is Coast Diagnostics and my insurance issued them payment.

Very upset with this establishment. Apparently the urgent care facility I went to used this place for the lab work. Almost two years later I get a notice from a collection agency saying I owe a just under $500. Not ONCE did this establishment contact me for any payment not covered by my insurance. They even lied to the collection agency saying they attempted to obtain payment three times which is false.
