Yomi was a pleasure to work with. He ensured we were aware what could be done, gave us plenty of time to decide on materials, design layouts, and made certain we weren’t just ok with what was done but were happy with what we got through the entire project. Would not recommend at all, the price to finish this build has gone up constantly and is behind on schedule with no clear finish date in sight. They charged me $133500 for a 1 bed 1 bath 500 sq ADU annitially and we are currently at $141,000 and there trying to add more at this point 10/10 would not recommend.
The meeting went well. Wife and I were excited about it and felt good about it after the meeting. I was told 1-2 days before I got a quote. Contacted them on day 2 didn't get a reply. The next day I was told they would get to work on it because of a personal day off. After the weekend, I reached out and no update until I decided to leave a now deleted review. Coast design and build did a makeover our front yard and our back yard. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome. They demo everything and installed turf, rocks, pavers and stepping stones and the borders. They were very professional. From day one Melina kept in contact with us and finished the job in the timeframe we were given. When the job was complete, they even cleaned up all the mess and washed everything down. Coast Design & Build did an excellent job on our kitchen remodel and I highly recommend. They kept us appraised of upcoming demolition and / or installation, they setup a text string for anytime communication, they delivered an outhouse for workers to use, and they ensured completed work was to our liking before payment. We will definitely use again. A shoutout to Melina for streamlining the process!
