Worked with both Fruitville office and Venice office. Poor scheduling, communications; revolving door of personnel (3 surgeons, 2 dentists, 2 hgygenists in 1-1/2 years. Implant not completed during that time; found a new dentist and had it done in 2 weeks at $800 less.

They refused to give me my 100% teeth cleaning and did xrays instead. Then they quoted me $193.80 in order for me to get my teeth cleaned. My teeth were in great condition except a little plaque.

I have been seeing this dentist since August. I first called in May because I had a cracked tooth and had to leave a message (I did so 5 times) no one called me back. I was finally able to get in to see them in August. (this is the only dentist my insurance will cover with in 75 miles). They did the work on my mouth and put in a temporary bridge and I paid over $1200 for the permanent one (it's February 23rd and I still don't have it) I have called so many times and had to leave messages, when I did get a hold of someone the... read more
