I'm so glad we found Coast Dental. Everyone there from start to finish is super friendly, helpful and thorough. They work with you to help you get an appointment that works for you. They're also efficient so that I'm able to get back to my life quickly. I honestly can't say enough good about them!
Highly unrecommended !! I’ve been going to this place for six years and give them business me and my wife for the six years. Currently New Front people are so nasty. Samantha the Medical assistant hang up on me over the phone!! and when I went to the office to get my medical records, her manager were defending her instead of containing that situation and apologizing!! Unbelievable Terrible customer service!!
Do not trust this dental office. She has advised her staff to lie to the patients so that they can make extra money from you doing unnecessary procedures. If you read the reviews, you will find several that are stating the same information as I am. The staff immediately wanted to take x-rays -a full mouth of x-rays when I entered the dental chair for my first visit. I told them I wasn't interested in having a full set of x-rays.
