First time patient. Completed paperwork online in advance and ended up doing same thing live. Sat waiting for an hour while desk person checked with my insurance provider for coverage and did over speakerphone so every one in waiting area could hear (unprofessional). X-rays moved with quickly but for 2p appt, no hygienist at 4p. Doctor seemed nice enough and professional but this was not a good visit overall. Phenomenal Care and Support! I cannot recommend Coast Dental on Lake Mary Blvd enough! I recently had to get four tooth extractions, which can naturally be a pretty nerve-wracking experience, but the entire team made it incredibly smooth.
