Horrible experience! I had an appointment on 7/17/26 and was told I was the first patient of "the new system." I was the only patient in the office and was here 1 hr 45 minutes. Although I had completed new patient forms online, I was given new patient forms to complete again because it was "the new system." I was then taken back for xrays. I told at the time I booked the appointment that they were going to request my Xrays from my dentist in Indiana.
