This was the first dentist I have been too. I used to have a family dentist since I was 12 but unfortunately they closed when I turned 32 so I was nervous trying out someone new but it all worked out. The receptionist Adonna was so kind and helpful setting me up with financial help to get my teeth cleaned and my tooth treated. I arrived 5 minutes early. Dr greated me and said it would be 10 to 15 minutes before he could see me. I was brought into the room where my teeth would be cleaned. I was also going to have x-rays for the new year. The xray machine was not working so I had to go to another room for x-rays. I went back to original room. Cleaning was done. New doctor came in to check condition of my teeth. I am happy there is a new doctor. (Pham) I haven't asked, but the equipment seems to be from the 60's. I think it needs to be updated. Great experience with Adonna and Shouvick. It was a very thorough Perio exam and excellent cleaning. I’d highly recommend this office. Adonna was very thorough working with my insurance provider.
