Absolutely amazing clinic, staff go above and beyond and they couldn’t be more thorough! Would highly recommend this staff and office
Went for a cleaning and ex-rays. I was pressured to get a deep cleaning and some type of apparatus to wear and further treatments totaling over $2,000.00 and did not even get my teeth cleaned. It was my first visit to this office and I was not offered any option to get a basic cleaning and the other work done later. There was no Dentist on site. Spoke to someone on video chat and had no choice in the matter nor any prior notice that there was no Dentist on site. Very dissatisfied.
After spending more than $3,000 out of pocket, even with dental insurance, my experience with Coast Dental in Gainesville has been incredibly disappointing. I was scheduled for a procedure that I had already paid for, only to arrive and find out the dentist wasn’t there after telling me to come in on a different day. Later, they scheduled me for my final appointment to have my crown placed, but the day before the appointment they canceled because the crown wasn’t ready from the lab. So went in weeks ago to get just a teeth cleaning told them from beginning I haven’t been to dentist 10 years long time but just wanted teeth cleaning they had me sign papers that was mixed in with “new patient forms” then some papers in there I guess was “optional “ after they already told me to sign everything and then told me to just go sit down , took hours and never never got my teeth cleaned ..very upset with this now they give me a 300$ + bill. Worst dental office I’ve ever been to — and I’m in the dental profession. My first appointment was canceled without notice after I had already driven 30 minutes to the office. I gave them another chance. Before my second appointment, I uploaded my insurance information online and brought it with me again on the day of the visit. I have used this same insurance recently without issue.
