I was in a road bike accident that left me with major damage to multiple teeth. I did not trust my current dentist in Utah. My sister in law recommended Dr. Maddox. I flew back and forth 5 times to have my treatment of 7 top teeth repaired. I trusted the entire staff. The Dentist was honest and did an outstanding job. He was gentle and did things in a timely manner. The front office went out of their way to help me with my insurance billing. The cost was very affordable. Thank you so much, I am forever grateful!

I RARELY leave google reviews, but felt like I need to. Previous visits to the practice left me feeling less than impressed with how hectic and rushed it felt (the hygienist literally told me she was going to be right back and went to work on another patient), but I continued to schedule because it’s close to my home.
