This is by far the worst dental office always rescheduling appointments, always has your personal contact information incorrect , hygienist are constantly calling out last minute and machines for cleaning are always broken good luck ever getting booked
I went for a cleaning and xrays and when I got there it was an hour and a half for grays and was told the cleaning wasn't scheduled and "maybe" they could fit me in after giving me a "treatment plan." Then the GREAT NEWS! Cleaning plus treatment could start TODAY for an additional $300. So I said okay cause I dont want to waste a trip right? Tje treatment plan included fancy names for PRECRIPTION toothpaste for sensitive teeth (I never complained that my teeth were and my teeth are not sensitive) and antibacterial mouthwash ... read more
And again the whole team at Coast Dental, the St Lucie West Florida location were great! I have been there numerous times and the service is always top notch. The receptionist, Jade, was very nice. And Dental Assistants Brenda, and Daisy, were very pleasant and knowledgeable. And Dr Hernandez was very thorough . Exceeded my expectations, 5 stars!
This is my experience with Coast Dental St. Lucie West. Had a new patient appt. today for a supposedly “x-rays, exam, and dental cleaning. When I arrived, I had to do my new patient paperwork because their call center misspelled my last name & my birthday which was fine, I get typos happen. Then the office manager, Jade calls me back and she’s the one to do my actual x-rays, immediately I thought wow she’s very skilled & wears a lot of hats.
