This is my experience with Coast Dental St. Lucie West. Had a new patient appt. today for a supposedly “x-rays, exam, and dental cleaning. When I arrived, I had to do my new patient paperwork because their call center misspelled my last name & my birthday which was fine, I get typos happen. Then the office manager, Jade calls me back and she’s the one to do my actual x-rays, immediately I thought wow she’s very skilled & wears a lot of hats. The whole team at Coast Dental, the St Lucie West Florida location were great! The receptionist, Jade, was very nice. And Dental Assistants Brenda, and Daisy, were very pleasant and knowledgeable. And Dr Hernandez was very thorough . Exceeded my expectations, 5 stars!
Would like to thank Brenda, Dr Hernandez,Edaisy, Jamie, Jade, and everyone else, for the wonderful experience at this office, the Dentist was extremely knowledgeable, and she took the time to explain everything. My niece has high anxiety, and everyone went out of their way to comfort and put her mind at ease. All the staff are professional and very caring and that’s a big deal to me. 😊❤️
My experience with Coast was very good! The young lady Edeisy that cleaned my teeth did an amazing job!! This is the first time I have actually felt a difference with my teeth getting cleaned and they feel GREAT 😊
