Fui a esa clínica una primera vez y solo por no hablar inglés me trataron bien mal intentaron robarle al seguro medico un tratamiento en dos veces, tratamiento qué solo se puede hacer una vez al año y peor aún trataron bien mal a mi traductora que trabajaba ahí, una señora mayor de 70 años y cuando me atendieron me indicaron que tenia un problema en una muela y que había que trabajarla y realmente no secesitaba ese tratamiento y aun así me hicieron el trabajo desgastandola a tal modo que ahora si me esta causando problemas n... read more
The staff was very professional and friendly! Ana took me on time and went through the new patient procedure very nicely. The dentist (Dr. Jones) was amazing she was very thorough and then spent the time to go over my situation. She gave me some options and procedures to think about. She was more concerned with the process than with selling me something to make money. What a refreshing visit to a dentist Thank you
I have tried leaving messages after hours because I needed to rescheduled my appointment and their phone system is screwed uo. When you hit *2 to leave a message, it hangs up. I am sure when I don’t arrive tomorrow they will try to charge me. That is on them. I am posting this the night before where my appointment.
Called a week ahead with my insurance. Arrived 10 Minutes early for my appointment waited 40 minutes for them to verify the insurance after I got there ended up walking out cause I had another appointment. The office staff is slow and or incompetent. The dentist is good. Good luck if you go there I’d plan a whole day.
If I explain how many ways this place has messed up, it would be too long to read. Just stay away for your own sanity. It was an unfathomably bad experience.
