Would not recommend this office/business for dental care. They fail to inform you that for new patients they do X-rays and gum tests but NO CLEANING. After being there for an hour and a half they stated “You will just need a normal cleaning” which I would then have to schedule for another time- the cleaning appointments were being scheduled for in November! I was also asked directly for a positive google review by a hygienist before I had even met the Dentist- very uncomfortable and tacky. Which tells me why they have such h... read more
I have super bad dental anxiety and was told by other dentists that i was going to have to go see an oral surgeon to have 3 teeth removed @ a cost of $300 but they were able to get all 3 in office and painlessly so my insurance covered it.i cant thank them enough i wont go anywhere else �
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! HAD TO WAIT 2 MONTHS TO GET AN APPOINTMENT CAUSE THEY KEPT CHANGING THE DATE..THEN WHEN I GO TO THIS APPOINTMENT FOR MY SON...HAD TO WAIT TWO HOURS FOR THEM TO REFER ME TO SOMEONE IN SOUTH TAMPA!!?? ! SAID THEY WOULD AT LEAST CLEAN HIS TEETH AND THEY DID NOT!!! STAFF WAS NOT HELPFUL AND UNCONCERNED.. I WOULD NEVER REFER THIS DENTIST OFFICE TO ANYONE!!!!
I went in for an appointment, and had my child with me, and after waiting, I was told I would not be helped because I had my child with me. I went out of my way to make that appointment, and really don't appreciate being discriminates against because I am a single mom.
This place is amazing. They make u feel comfortable and understanding to all the process and procedures. The lady's are so nice they answered all my questions and concerns with understanding what was going on in my mouth... Thank u and I'll b back for more work...
