Called to reschedule my appointment only to find out this location is permanently closed. There should've been some sort of notification sent out to customers regarding the closure.
I had a very frustrating experience with Coast Dental. My insurance was coded incorrectly, and as a result, I’ve been receiving bills that should not exist. I’ve tried multiple times to resolve the issue, but I cannot get in touch with anyone who can actually help. The main call center keeps telling me the issue has been “escalated,” yet no one has followed up for weeks.
