UNPROFESSIONAL. EXTREMLY LONG WAIT TIME. ALOT OF SIDE BAR CONVERSATION. BILLING DEPARTMENT DOESNT POST NOR HAVE ACCESS TO EOBS PER THE CHECKOUT PERSONNEL. CHECKI WAS ADVISED 2 HOURS PRIOR TO ME CHECKING OUT THAT I HAD A OVERPAYMENT. I OFFERED TO SEND EOB. UPON CHECKING OUT, I HAD TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE W/ CHECKOUT OPPOSE TO HER MENTIONING MY ISSUE. This issue may be systemic over the entire organization but with all fairness to the Sprayberry branch of Coast Dental, I should explain my less than acceptable rating of the establishment. During our three visits to this dental office, we found ambitious scheduling but excellent work.
