Brought my 15 year old daughter to Dr. DeVeaux, to fix her toothache. My daughter was scared at first but afterwards she said it wasn't as bad as she was thinking it would be and she really liked the doctor.
She's very thorough and answered all of my questions. I appreciated that.
I had Dr DeVeaux to check out my severe tooth ache because I thought I needed a root canal. But she found that I was clenching my teeth which was causing a tooth to hurt alot. She made some adjustments and the tooth is a thousand times better. She saved me a couple thousand dollars. Thanks Dr. DeVeaux
The best dental visit ever. Very nice. No pain and easy treatment. Did not know that root canal treatment could be pleasant.
Dr. DeVeaux took her time to explain what I needed. She was gentle; so gentle that I fell asleep during dental treatment! I would recommend her to all my friends and family.
She treated me for an infected root canal. 6 months after treatment and nearly $2k later, the infection returned and I had to have the tooth pulled. I'll never be back to her.
I called as a new patient in pain and they got me in right away. Dr. Dorrian and her staff explained what needed to be done and she talked with me explaining what she was doing through the whole extraction. She was very kind to me and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. The dentists in my past just come in and go to work they do not talk and explain what they are doing throughout the procedure. I’m very happy with the services I received there.
Please do NOT bring your children to this practice! They were NOT understanding or accommodating to my child's anxiety. It was an extremely upsetting experience. After requiring that I leave my child (who was stressed) the dentist or hygenist didn't even speak to me when he was done his cleaning. They sent my child out alone with no follow up. It was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. I would prefer to go without dental care than to return.
This office lacks professionalism. I've only been seen by the dentist and the hygienist once. I had my second cleaning appointment scheduled. However, just like my first appointment the office called me to reschedule because the dentist was going to be out of the office. I have an occupation in which I travel frequently out of state and cannot easily move my personal appointments. I have called twice leaving two messages in a week's time. The office has never returned my calls. Moving on!
