Do not ever come here. I had a cracked and very painful wisdom tooth that I needed an emergency appointment to extract. Whoever I made the appointment with over the phone (likely in a call center) couldn't get basic information (like my first name) correct despite me repeatedly spelling it out for them. SCAM SCAM SCAM If I could give them a zero star I would. August 26th of 2026 First things first I want to say the receptionist was really nice person. Second the environment walking into the exams are very weird the reason I'm saying is because the equipment is very old I'm very upset to the point where I had to pay $64 for x-rays knowing that my insurance covers x-rays for the first visit shocker that makes me starting to question on to why do I got to pay $64 for x-rays so I let that slide. I had an appointment today to have a crown replaced. I was a new patient. I arrived 15 min early they gave me the paperwork that took about 15 min to complete. 45 min after my appt time I asked if it was going to be much longer. The front desk lady went to the back and then said I would be called soon. I then heard someone say “I had to go get her, she was on her phone” They took X-rays and then came and told me the Dr left for the day but that I could do a telehealth appt with another doctor and then come back tomorrow to s... read more

Had to do their job by calling my own insurance for basic insurance information like xray coverage, then they canceled my visit because it took too long. And no one know anything in the front desk. Horrible experience
